Sorting & diagnosis

Every battery received is catalogued, weighed and classified by chemistry (NMC, LFP, NCA) before entering the processing line.

02 · Disassembly
Safe disassembly

Mechanical disassembly in a controlled environment, separating casings, cells and electronic components. Solid waste is properly disposed of.

03 · Leaching
Hydrometallurgical leaching

Extraction of critical metals via aqueous solution process — no pyrometallurgy, no toxic gas emissions, no slag generation.

04 · Certification
Recovery & certification

Purified metals are sent for reindustrialization. You receive MTR and Certificate of Environmentally Adequate Disposal.
